Which date should I enter?

If you know your LMP, enter that — the calculator computes the rest. If you only know your due date (e.g. from a scan), enter EDD and we work backwards.

Are these dates exact?

Pregnancy is dated from LMP, so most pregnancies last about 40 weeks. Conception happens around two weeks after LMP. For exact dating ask your doctor — ultrasound dating in the first trimester is the most accurate.
