How the estimate is calculated

  • Display ads: pageviews × impressions/pv × fill-rate × CPM ÷ 1000.
  • Affiliate: visitors × CTR × conversion × avg commission.
  • Sponsored: posts/month × rate per post.
  • Subscriptions / digital products: visitors × paying conversion × ARPU × (1 − payment fees).

Effective RPM (revenue per 1,000 pageviews) is the most useful single number for comparing months: total monthly revenue ÷ pageviews × 1000.
